Returns, Exchanges & Payment

This policy covers parts and products purchased from CAMCO Winding & Sales, d/b/a Culver Pump & Motor — in store at 1010 N. D St, Sacramento, CA 95811, or arranged by phone, text, or email.

Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, an item must be returned in new, unused condition and must be resalable as new — in its original packaging, complete, undamaged, and free of any signs of installation or use. Items that have been installed, used, modified, or are otherwise not in resalable-as-new condition cannot be accepted. Special-order and custom-built items are not returnable.

Restocking Fee

All accepted returns are subject to a mandatory 25% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to the same terms as returns: the item being exchanged must be new, unused, and resalable as new, and the 25% restocking fee applies.

Shipping & Freight

The customer is responsible for all freight charges, both inbound and outbound — including the cost to ship an item back to us and the cost to ship any replacement or exchanged item out. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned in person at our Sacramento counter avoid freight charges entirely.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less the restocking fee and any freight charges. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to post, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please contact us before shipping any item back so we can authorize the return and provide instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.   • Cash (in store)
  • Net-terms billing for approved commercial accounts — ask us about setting one up

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. California sales tax is applied to taxable purchases based on the delivery or pickup location.
